Nevada Fire Department responds to fire at 3M Manufacturing Facility

Nevada Fire Department and Nevada Police Department personnel responded to the scene of a reported fire at a Nevada manufacturing facility late Tuesday afternoon. Crews responded to the fire call was received sometime before 5:15 P.M. Tuesday afternoon at 3M in Nevada. Multiple crews, including additional crews from Ft. Scott and El Dorado were also alerted to the situation. The fire appeared to be contained outside the actual plant, but workers reported being evacuated from the plant. The investigation is ongoing.
