Butler Police Department: Man arrested on Domestic Assault

On 07/27/2015 at approx. 2150 hrs Butler Police responded to a domestic assault in progress at 314 N Main. 

Upon arrival Officers observed a male subject with injuries to his face and a bite mark on his chest. 

Officers also encountered a white male with blood on his face , mouth and neck. Also involved was a white female. 

Officers arrested David Baker and charged him with assault and transported him to the Bates County Jail. 

Butler Police Officers stated that alcohol was involved.
