Cass County motorcycle crash sends man to hospital

One person was injured in a one-vehicle motorcycle accident around 3:00 a.m. this morning in Cass County on I-49 at the 171.8 mile marker.

Adam S. Kobusch, 28, Grandview, wearing a helmet, was operating a 2011 Honda CBR-600 motorcycle northbound when he attempted to exit onto the North Cass Parkway from I-49, lost control of his motorcycle, exited the right side of the roadway and overturned.

Mr. Kobusch received serious injuries in this accident and was transported by ambulance to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. His motorcycle was totaled and removed from the scene by GT Towing.
