Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report Bates County: Blue Springs man arrested

On 7/6/15 around 5:30 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 50 year old Rodney J. Halsey of Blue Springs, Missouri.

Mr. Halsey was arrested on 1.) Felony Possession of controlled substance. He was arrested and booked into the Bates County Jail and was later released.
