Motions hearing for Gyspy Blancharde and Nicholas Godejohn

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - A motions hearing was held on Monday morning for Gypsy Blancharde and Nicholas Godejohn -- the pair accused of killing Gypsy's mother, Dee Dee, in her Springfield home.

Both are charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the June slaying. Investigators believe Dee Dee was murdered on June 10 at the Blancharde home just north of Springfield.

Her body was discovered after a search warrant was issued on June 14. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Gypsy and Nicholas on Friday.
