Garden City Police Department: Meth and illegal weapon discovered

Yesterday evening Officers of the Garden City Police Department saw a suspicious car occupied by several people parked behind a closed business in the 100 block of Old 7 Hwy. 

The officers approached the vehicle and identified the individuals. One of the vehicle occupants was found to have multiple warrants for their arrest from another county. 

While searching the person, methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia along with an illegal weapon were discovered. 

The person was transported to the Cass County Jail for their warrants and are pending additional local charges.
