On 7/29/15 around 8:30p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 38 year old James B. Gaug of Kansas City, Missouri.

Mr. Gaug was arrested on 1.) Felony Tampering 2.) Property Damage and was booked into the Bates County jail and placed on a 24 hour investigative hold.
