St. Clair County Sheriffs Office: Osceola woman arrested

On July 29, Tamy Lukehart, 38, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with class C felony assault-second degree-operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury, class A misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child-second degree-intoxication/BAC-vehicular, class A misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident, class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated-alcohol, and an infraction for failing to wear a seat belt. The warrant was issued on June 5 and stems from an incident on Aug. 13, 2014. The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated the case.
