St. Clair County Sheriffs Office: Hermitage woman arrested

On July 29, Valerie Richards, 56, Hermitage, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance and a class A misdemeanor of possessing up to 35 grams of marijuana. 

Bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety. The warrant was issued on July 22 and stems from an incident on July 19. The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated the case.
