Butler Police Department: Domestic Disturbance Call
Upon arrival Butler Officer’s made contact with a female that showed signs that she had been assaulted. Butler Police Officers then attempted to make contact with a male subject inside the house.
After approx. 30 minutes a male subject exited the residence and was arrested and charged with assault. After interviewing all parties involved it was determined that one of the reasons the male subject was upset was that he was unable to locate his cigarettes.
