Lowry City female arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault

On July 27, Kathy Davis, 61, Lowry City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class A misdemeanor of domestic assault-third degree. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. 

The charge stems from an incident the same day when a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to a business on Highway 13, Lowry City, in reference to an assault. 

The investigation discovered a male victim was assaulted by Davis who was allegedly throwing items at him. The male victim also had bruises on his arms and legs allegedly caused by Davis.
