On July 23, Kermetta Navarro, 30, Springfield, was arrested on St. Clair County warrants for failing to pay fines/costs on original misdemeanor charges of exceeding the posted speed limit and no insurance. Total bond was set at $486.50. The charges stem from an incident with the Missouri State Highway Patrol on April 17.
