Adrian man injured in overnight crash in Bates County

Around 12:30 a.m. this morning the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County responded to a 1 vehicle accident on NW 15002 and County Road 221 North of Adrian.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2002 Pontiac Bonneville driven by 29 year old Joshua E. Tervol of Adrian, Missouri was Eastbound when he traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a large ditch.

Mr. Tervol received moderate injuries in this accident and was taken by ambulance to The Bates County Memorial Hospital. He was wearing a seat belt and the vehicle received extensive damage.
