Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report: Hume man arrested

On 8/2/15 around 1:49 a.m The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 17 year old Thomas L. Whitten of Hume, Missouri.

Mr. Whitten was arrested for 1.) being a minor who was visibly intoxicated.

He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
