Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report: Rich Hill woman arrested

On 8/2/15 around 2:30 a.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 28 year old Lacey N. Harper of Rich Hill, Missouri.

She was arrested on 1.) Misdemeanor driving while intoxicated - Drugs.

She was arrested and taken to The Bates County Jail and later released.
