On 7/31/15 around 5:00 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Vernon County arrested 32 year old Christopher K. Despain of Nevada, Missouri.

Mr. Despain was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Driving while revoked 3.) Leaving the scene of a accident 4.) Following too closely.

Mr. Despain was transported to the Vernon County Jail and is listed as bond able.
